Mandatory documents(To be submitted by all applicants)
- A cancelled cheque
- Bank Statement - last 6 months
- Complete loan application with one photograph
- Salary slip, bank statement and Form 16
- Investment Proof: LIC, mutual funds, property document etc
- Appointment letter (if salaried individual)
- Identity Proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN
- Property Documents: Sale deed, Katha, transfer of ownership
- Address Proof: License/ Rent Agreement/ Utility Bill
- Other documents to be submitted as per your profile.
For salaried individuals
- Identity proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN
- Salary slips for the last 3 months
- Copy of IT Return or Form-16 for the last two years
- Last 6 month's bank statement (showing salary credited)
For self-employed individuals
- Bank account statement for the last 1 year
- Business existence proof: 3 years old Saral copy and Business registration certificate
- Income proof: IT Returns along with Balance sheet and P&L statements for the last years
- Office address proof: Property documents, utility bills
- Photo ID proof: Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ PAN
For non-resident Indians (NRIs)
- A copy of valid visa or work permit
- Any of the following for NRIs with Seafarer work profile
- Valid job contract
- Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) (if disembarkation stamp is not older than 6 months)
- Expired contract letter (if disembarkation stamp is older than 6 months)
- Last salary slip as proof of employment with a shipping company Any of the following documents:
- Relevant passport pages (with overseas address)
- Overseas address proof: Government issued National Identity Card/ Driving license/ Utility bill/ Overseas bank statement/ Employer's certificate
- Address proof of the blood relative you're staying along with proof of relationship
